Today, FuZZrd release the band’s debut studio album titled NEAR LIFE EXPERIENCE. The band will celebrate the occasion with a performance tomorrow, December 11, at the The Southern Theatre in Minneapolis, MN. Tickets can be purchased by visiting https://southerntheater.org/. The band has presented a new music video for “Pins And Needles.” FuZZrd guitarist and vocalist Brett Petrusek shares, “The song is a personal favorite. Lyrically, it’s about loss and the overwhelming feeling of anxiety that can often ensue. If you’ve ever felt so wound up that your skin is crawling you may relate. For me, it’s sonically intriguing, it’s mysterious and the chorus hits just right. It’s wickedly fun to play on guitar, too!”

FuZZrd has presented a fourth composition from the band’s debut studio album planned for global release on November 19. The track “Out On a Limb,” can be heard and seen here: https://bit.ly/FuZZrd_OutOnALimb.
Guitarist and singer Brett Petrusek offers, “‘Out On a Limb’ is notably heavier, and much darker than our previous singles. If you’ve ever felt true despair, you’ll relate to this song. But, at its core, there’s still a hopeful message: Soldier through the darkness, knowing deep down you’ll emerge from the ordeal stronger than you were before.”

FuZZrd has presented a third composition from the band’s debut studio album. The track “Life Turned Black” can be heard and seen here: https://bit.ly/FuZZrdLifeTurnedBlack. Guitarist and singer Brett Petrusek offers, “Whenever I sing ‘Life Turned Black’ it’s a really raw experience for me, since it’s all about obsession and devotion. But that’s also why it’s one of my favorites. I dig the catharsis, the heaviness of the track and the epic triple guitar solo. The overall message is pretty hopeful, but it definitely emerges from a not-sohappy place. It’s about needing that special someone to stand beside you during your darkest hours, giving you strength to pull out of the death spiral and start anew. Another thing I like about the song is that it perfectly captures the FuZZrd approach: our band is all about dark shadows, blinding light and the crazy, messed up places in-between.”

Minneapolis rock band FuZZrd presents the second single from the band’s debut studio album, featuring a very special guest appearance by Mark Slaughter.
The ominous intro guitar riff sets the stage for pounding, hypnotic grooves and evil genius lyrics. If you’re a guitar fan, this is the song for you. You’ll love the high gain modern rock guitar sounds complete with harmony guitar solos.
